We consider any vehicle more than 20 years old from the date of manufacture a “classic vehicle.”

If you purchase a classic vehicle from us, you acknowledge the following and understand these terms and conditions.

All photos, vehicle descriptions and other data on our website, social media, traditional media, or in our stores are based on information known to us to the best of our knowledge. We make no representation as to the complete accuracy of any information or photos regarding a classic vehicle. You acknowledge by purchasing from us that information on classic vehicles may be limited due to numerous factors, and you will research any classic vehicle to your satisfaction prior to purchase. We will not guarantee the authenticity of all parts in a classic vehicle or the vehicle itself. We are not responsible for any incorrect descriptions or defects.

All vehicles are sold as is with no warranty expressed, written, or implied including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to thoroughly inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. You accept responsibility for all defects known and unknown at the time of sale. If we are aware of a defect, we will make every reasonable effort to disclose the defect associated with a classic vehicle.

We do not make representation that we know the complete ownership history of any classic vehicle. We are not experts on every make, model, and variation of classic car that we may sell at any given time. A classic vehicle will have different maintenance requirements than newer vehicles. These vehicles may have exceeded the life expectancy anticipated by the manufacturer. If you drive a classic vehicle, they may break down and require repairs. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any repairs and maintenance due to your operation of a classic vehicle after your purchase.

If you are viewing a classic vehicle on a screen, the colors you see on your screen may not be an accurate representation of the appearance. We provide high quality images of all inventories, and your device may not reproduce these images with complete fidelity to how the vehicle looks in real life. If you purchase a classic vehicle from us, you acknowledge and agree that you are satisfied with the current paint job. You waive any cause of action you may have against us due to a perceived misrepresentation of the classic vehicle’s paint job. We are not responsible for the color settings on your device. Slight differences in color hue between the images on your screen and the physical vehicle may occur.

All prices exclude tax, tags, title, and all other motor vehicle fees.
